Step 1

Consult

We talk through your yard, your flock and your rules, and sketch the coop.

• A call or visit to see your space, shade and drainage.
• We ask what birds you're keeping. Standard hens, bantams and silkies each need a different build, so we settle it before anything is cut.
• We check what your city, county and HOA allow.
• You see our past builds and get a drawn schematic of yours.

Step 2

Order

You approve a written build sheet, and a deposit locks in your build slot.

• A written build sheet: exactly what you asked for and exactly what will be delivered. Size, birds, finish, colors, add-ons.
• A deposit locks your place in the build schedule and pays for your materials.
• Every payment is receipted in your client portal.

Step 3

Construct

Built by hand, with progress photos sent along the way.

• Pressure-treated framing, hardware cloth and real hardware.
• Progress photos at every stage, so you're never left wondering.
• Want to see it in person? Ask to stop by the shop.

Step 4

Keep

Delivered, set in place, and backed by our warranty.

• Delivery and placement are included in your price.
• A 6-month structural and 3-month cosmetic warranty.
• The optional Coop Care Plan keeps it looking new year after year.
